Meetarabic is an online dating service for the Muslim community. It is published by the company COMONLINE, located at 78 bd de la République, 92100 Boulogne-Billancourt, France, registered with the Créteil Trade Registry under number 488 107 137, with a share capital of 5,000 euros. Director of publication: Salim Bouiche. The service is accessible via the website meetarabic.com and the Meetarabic mobile app.

Registration is free and reserved for adults (18 years and older). By registering, you declare that you are 18 or older and legally capable of entering into agreements.

Registration requires a valid email address and password, followed by completion of a profile questionnaire. Email verification is mandatory to access the service.

Each person may only create one account. Multiple registrations may result in permanent suspension of all accounts.

Meetarabic provides a matchmaking service for Muslim singles. The service includes:

• Creating a dating profile (username, photos, description, personal criteria)
• Exploring other members' profiles based on search criteria
• A like and mutual matching system
• Private messaging to communicate with your matches
• A photo protection system (optional blurring with unlock on request)
• Notifications for visits, likes, and messages received

By using Meetarabic, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration and on your profile
• Not impersonate another person
• Not publish illegal, defamatory, abusive, sexual, violent, or discriminatory content
• Not share personal contact information (phone, email, social media) in your profile description
• Not use the service for commercial, advertising, or solicitation purposes
• Not harass, threaten, or intimidate other members
• Respect other members and maintain courteous and respectful behavior

Meetarabic uses a combined moderation system (artificial intelligence and human moderation) to ensure compliance with these terms.

In case of non-compliance, Meetarabic reserves the right to:

• Invalidate a non-compliant profile description
• Invalidate one or more non-compliant photos
• Temporarily suspend an account
• Permanently delete an account without notice in case of serious violation

All elements of the Meetarabic website and application (texts, images, logo, source code, design) are protected by intellectual property law. Any reproduction, representation, or distribution, even partial, is prohibited without prior authorization.

Meetarabic strives to provide a quality service, accessible 24/7. However, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation due to maintenance, updates, or events beyond our control.

Meetarabic cannot be held responsible for the behavior of its members outside the platform. We recommend the utmost caution during your exchanges and meetings.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile settings. Deletion results in the anonymization of your personal data and the removal of your photos. This action is irreversible.

Meetarabic reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Members will be informed of any substantial changes. Continued use of the service after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, and after attempted amicable resolution, the courts of Créteil shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
