Acceptable Use Policy

This policy sets out the rules every member must follow on Meetarabic (the meetarabic.com website and mobile app), a dating service for serious relationships published by THIRD LEVEL. It supplements our Terms of Use. Any breach may lead to the sanctions described below.

The service is reserved:

• for adults aged 18 or over;
• for personal use: one account per person, in your own name and with your own photos;
• for people looking for a serious relationship, not for use on behalf of a third party or a business.

On Meetarabic, in profiles, photos, messages and the community, it is strictly forbidden to:

• offer or request sexual services, prostitution or escorting, including in exchange for money or gifts, or publish any pornographic or sexually explicit content;
• publish any content involving or sexualising minors (zero tolerance, reported to the authorities);
• ask another member for money, gifts, prepaid cards or bank details, or engage in romance scams, blackmail or extortion;
• create a fake profile, impersonate another person or use their photos;
• harass, threaten or intimidate anyone, or post hateful, discriminatory or violent content;
• use the service for commercial purposes: advertising, solicitation, spam, links to other services or recruitment;
• promote or facilitate any illegal activity (drugs, weapons, fraud, money laundering);
• harm the service: bots, automated data collection, bypassing limits or attempted hacking.

Descriptions and photos must genuinely represent you, without nudity or suggestive content. For your safety, your contact details (phone, email, social media) must not appear in your description. Private messages and community posts are subject to the same rules.

Profiles, descriptions and photos are checked by automated tools (artificial intelligence) and by a human moderation team. Non-compliant content is rejected or removed, and the member concerned is informed.

Every profile and every conversation has a "Report" option, as well as an option to block the member. You can also write to us from the Contact page. Every report is reviewed by our team. In case of immediate danger, contact the emergency services first (112 in Europe).

Depending on the seriousness of the breach, Meetarabic may:

• reject or remove content (description, photo, message, post);
• send the member a warning;
• temporarily suspend the account;
• permanently delete the account, without notice, in case of a serious breach (sexual services, scams, content involving minors);
• report the facts to the competent authorities and cooperate with them.
